Probably my favorite way to beat stress is to get lost in a good book.

I beat stress by remembering a line from the movie "Lion King"--"Remember who you are". Jesus is my big brother, God is my father, and the Holy Spirit is my friend. Why worry?

My favorite way to beat stress is to turn on some praise music, and remember that God is in control. I also count my blessings, to help keep me from focusing on the problems.

I love to beat stress by going to the Oregon Coast! It's soooo relaxing there. But really, for day to day stress relieving, being in the Word and prayer is my survival method.

I find that my stress disappears when I dance. :) Being so focused on dance--be it clogging or some of the various folk dancing that I do (Scottish, Czechslovakian, etc.)--I find that I get so lost in the music that I have stopped thinking about what was causing me worry.
