My thoughts: Tricia Goyer is an accomplished writer in almost every genre she puts her hand to. BEYOND THE GRAY MOUNTAINS is a continuation of her BIG SKY SERIES with the same characters. You will want to read the previous series first. I enjoyed getting to know Ben and Marianna better as well as some other characters. There is a good faith message. If you like Amish fiction you'll want to read BEYOND THE GRAY MOUNTAINS. Plenty of excitement to keep the pages turning. I was given a copy free and all opinions are my own.
