My thoughts: TIS THE SEASON is a book designed to bring you and your family into the holiday spirit. It includes 24 doors to open with an idea to do that day (such as hand out candy canes). And as it says in the description above, it has recipes, a devotion, ideas to do that week, a prayer for the family, discussion questions, and more. Plus, there are spaces to write down your family traditions year after year or how you celebrated or whatever. Its not a book I would use, but for someone looking for something new to get them into the holiday spirit, or someone who loves to record memories, this would be perfect. A great gift idea too. Christmas is coming, and its never too soon to get a book on how to celebrate advent and the upcoming holiday! I was given a copy free and all opinions are my own.
