THE WAITING is the second book in Lancaster County Secrets series by Ms. Fisher. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and getting to know the characters. I couldn’t help but fall in love with them, and I hope that we’ll see more of Matthew in a future book.

Each of the characters was so realistic; it was almost as if they could walk into the room and start talking. The setting was also so realistically described, I could see it. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read Ms. Fisher’s next book. Discussion questions are included at the end of the book. $14.99. 309 pages.
