WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? is a book that teaches children the power of thought. All inventions began with a thought—followed by action. And it shows pages of brilliant ideas that came to life because of someone thinking of it. Things such as the lightbulb, the telephone, the inside toilet, the airplane, etc.

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? also shows the power of negative thoughts. If you wake up early in the morning with a negative attitude, that bad attitude is going to affect your whole day. You’ll be grumpy and it seems that things will go wrong to make your day worse.

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? also shows the power of a positive attitude. You can achieve what you set your mind to. Want a new bike? Look for opportunities to win a giveaway—or start doing yardwork or other chores to earn money to buy your own.

Most of the message of this book is really good and it’s a very creative way to get the message across to people. But some of the message I disagree with. Bad things do happen to people who have rose-colored glasses on. Life happens and having a great attitude doesn’t stop those bad things. However, it does take into consideration that when bad things happen, it comes with a purpose, and sometimes better things follow… 3 stars. $16.95 hardcover. 30 pages.
