Marilyn's thoughts:   This mail-order bride story is a page turner from the start. Caroline’s story is filled with disappointment, struggles, new beginnings and truly seeing God’s hand upon her life.

There are plenty of twists and turns along with the uniqueness of how she initially met her future groom unknowingly in St. Paul, MN.

 

The story is well developed with historical terms being used. The complexity of travel, gang members, injury, a new home and family made this a pleasant story.
