Title: ALWAYS DADDY'S PRINCESS

ISBN: 978-0310716471
Genre: Childrens

Blow the trumpet, sound the horn, Daddy's princess has been born! The timeless journey of a daughter and father is poignantly captured in the story of a girl's growth from childhood to motherhood. Playful, emotive prose, enriched by the whisper of God's scripture on each beautifully illustrated page, invites girls and dads to see themselves reflected in this keepsake book and to be reminded of the blessings and the bonds between them. Throughout tea parties, soccer games, braces, and boys, a girl is her daddy's princess every step of the way.

ALWAYS DADDY’S PRINCESS is a cute gift-type children’s book for 4 – 8 year old girls. It takes daughters from birth to beyond, showing how a daughter will always be Daddy’s princess.

My eight year old daughter loved having me read this book to them and the illustrations are beautifully done.  If you are looking for a great book for a special birthday girl or just a gift for your princess, then ALWAYS DADDY’S BIRTHDAY is a great book for her. $15.99 hardcover, with dustcover.  32 pages. 4 stars.

Title: THE PIRATE, THE PRINCESS, & THE PRECIOUS TREASURE
Author: Sara W. Berry
Illustrator: Cathy Reed
Publisher: Bethal Road Publications
March 2013
ISBN: 978-0-9816710-8-6
Genre: Childrens

Pirate Pete has a problem. He broke the law and is headed to the dungeon. The kind Princess offers Pete a way out of his sentence. If he can bring her the greatest treasure, he will be completely and forever pardoned. Join in the journey as Pirate Pete learns what the greatest treasure really is.

THE PIRATE, THE PRINCESS & THE PRECIOUS TREASURE is a children’s book with an excellent message. Only problems I have with it, the font is kind of hard to read. And the story is more told than shown. Instead of telling us that Pirate Pete heard a story about a king who died for everyone, make it more personal for the child—and adult reading it.

The message, as I said is awesome. The writing is amateur.  I’m giving it 4 stars – average between a 5 star message and 3 star writing. $18.99. 20 pages.
