TRAPPED is the second book in Ms. Hannon’s Private Justice series, but it easily stands alone. Readers will want to read Vanished though, as it tells the story of Cal’s romance. TRAPPED starts slow, but it is gripping, locking the reader tight in it’s vices until the book is finished.

                                

Parts of TRAPPED was really creepy and disturbing, but it wasn’t real scary. I knew who the bad guy was from the beginning, and I knew Darcy would be rescued, but I didn’t know how or when.

Ms. Hannon is definitely a talented writer, and TRAPPED is a book I couldn’t put down. Recommended to fans of romantic suspense. Don’t miss Vanished, TRAPPED, or book three, Deceived, coming in 2014. $14.99. 400 pages. 5 stars.
