My thoughts (lvH):  LAKE SEASON is the first book in this series and I loved it.  Adam isn't your typical romance hero, but he is a sweetheart. Molly is young and tends to ramble,but she quickly becomes Adam's muse when he is suffering from writer's block.

Adam is shy and insecure, used to not living up to his dad's expectations. Molly suffers  from regrets and aims to keep the peace.  There is a fun secondary romance spawned by a lost letter.

The black moment was obvious, but there were a few twists I didn't see coming. All in all, a sweet romance with a strong faith message that I enjoyed. I'm looking forward to book 3.
