It's about dogs who went far beyond what they were trained to do. All of the stories were extremely amazing. It is hard to pin-point which one is the best because they were all amazing.  Some of the owners had more than physical problems. They also had internal problems and emotional problems and the dogs were able to sense them, sometimes before they even hit and practically saved their lives several times.  It was a really good book.
