VOCABULARY MADE EASY is an approach that seems stupid. In order to learn new words, she recommends word association – like when you learn the foreign word, noz, you associate it with nose, but it means walnut, so you draw a picture of a walnut in the middle of a man’s face like it’s a nose, and write noz. 

My son used this approach in his college class Microbiology and he says it may sound stupid but it actually works.  And since he passed Microbiology using Ms. Wyman’s approach, I give it 5 stars.  $3.99. 37 pages
