My thoughts: this is a romantic suspense buy a claimed author Lynette Eason and a co-writer. It is a spin-off of one of Ms Easons series elite guardians and fans of romantic suspense will want to read all of them. Both Charlie and Lizzie had a lot of issues to work through as a attempted to sell a couple mysteries such as who beat up Charlie and why did they want him dead. It was a roundabout path but it it kept me guessing and held my interest. If you like romantic suspense you might like this book and the series. I recommend it. I was giving a copy free and all opinions are my own.
