My thoughts: EXPIRED PROMISE is the third book in collection but it easily stands alone. Fans will want to read all of Ms. Phillips books as well as the ones she had her hands in. There was plenty of secrets and promises in this book, though we knew who the bad guy was, we didn't know the whole story and had to keep reading to find out the truth. The romance is soft and gentle, slow and not a heated rush. If you suspense you will not want to miss this book or the collection. I was given a copy free and all opinions are my own.
