It’s time to pursue your dreams…

As women we all have the dreams that we lived with all our lives. Dreams that take us beyond the working mother who picks up dinner at the golden arches and then goes home to do laundry and help with school work. But even looking at college catalogs is so overwhelming. How can we make time in our busy schedule to do the things we want to do—or that God is giving us the desire to do?

Ms. Lipp suggests buying a journal, a really pretty one that you won’t mind using forever, and writing out all your goals. Even if they seem drivel to you, such as getting a weekly pedicure. But don’t limit yourself to the small stuff. Write down the big dreams, like learning to fly a helicopter, or bungy-jumping from a bridge (or whatever.) Paint a room. Start a garden. You know your dreams. My son calls this making a “Bucket List.”

After you list all your goals, then pick an easy one, to give you a sense of accomplishment. Lets say, you chose paint the bathroom, and if your like me, it’s been on the to-do list forever. Go wash the walls down, pick your colors and start. Imagine how good you’ll feel when you finish…

In THE ME PROJECT you’ll learn

>How to discover or rediscover the unique plan God has for your life

>How to connect with a group of like-minded women who want to make their goals a priority.

>How to change your attitudes toward your roles in life as well as how you approach your goals.

If you have a goal and don’t know how to reach it, or if you are looking for God’s help in making the most of your life, then THE ME PROJECT is the place to begin. $12.99. 215 pages.
