My thoughts: The NIrV LOVE LETTERS FROM GOD HOLY BIBLE is a Bible with a colorful cover that attracts children immediately. Includes lots of colorful inserts higlighting special verses, the 10 commandments, explanations (what is...), writing prompts, some love letters from God, and the complete Bible text. A hardcover Bible any child would be proud to carry to Sunday school, church, or Christian schools. Also good for home Bible study.

My thoughts: a great hardcover, colorful Bible for kids or older adults with bad vision. The print is very large and easy to read, there are LOTS of colorful pictures included to keep kids quiet and entertained in church as they look at pictures (and hopefully read the stories). It includes definitions of some Biblical words, and includes a reading plan. Great Bible! If you are looking for a Bible for your new reader this would definitely be one to consider. Likewise, if grandma's vision is bad, this would be easy print for her to read. And she might appreciate the pictures too.
