My thoughts: This is a literary cookbook which includes scenes from each of the books Ms. Barritt shared recipes from.
It includes unusual recipes such as acorn brownies, and others that I"ve heard a lot about such as fish tacos. My favorites were the smoothies.
The cookbook is not an organized one, but rather a recipe or two from some of Ms. Barritt's books that the heroine ate or made.
Great for fans!
