My thoughts: WAIT FOR ME is the sixth and final book in Ms Warren's Montana Rescue series, and fans will want to read the previous books as Pete is in most of them and Jess a few. I've been waiting on pins and needles for this book, and am so excited to get my hands on it.
The book starts with a bang, slows down with Jess's point of view, then gets exciting again when she ditches Felipe and goes to Montana for a wedding reception. Then things get exciting, scary, and can't put the book down action. Someone is after Jess...or Esme (Shae). Ned is certainly not a target but since he is with the two women who are--or might be--he is.
A vehicle rollover. Lost in the wilderness. Multiple life or death injuries. Cold temperatures. No safe shelter. And no clue for the PEAK team to even begin looking for them. This is a page-turner, and I'm sad to see this team go. However I am now excitedly waiting for the beginning of Ms Warren's new series starting next year.
You will want to read this series in order, as I said. An awesome series by one of my favorite authors. The Faith message was awesome.
For the more conservative readers, there is some smoking, some drinking, and some mentions of one-night-stands and pre-marital sex.
