Joining forces with her rival…
Means risking everything.
Running the RV park at her father’s Amish market makes Bethany Yoder happy—until he hires her childhood nemesis, Aaron King. Soon Bethany’s quaint ideas clash with Aaron’s Englisch-style upgrades. But they must work together to turn a profit…or else. When their unlikely alliance turns into something more, will Aaron’s secrets break them—and the business—apart forever?

Indiana Amish Market
Book 1: An Amish Proposal for Christmas
Book 2: Her Amish Adversary
Marilyn's Thoughts: This touching story about
childhood nuisance Aaron King being hired to assist Bethany Yoder at the RV
park, that is part of her dad’s Amish Market, had all the qualities of
Chapman’s creativity. Aaron and Bethany were both determined to know what was
best for the park despite their past issues. Bethany preferred being alone,
while Aaron knew what drew individuals to a RV park. The story progressed at a
nice pace with understanding developing between the characters. There’s a
beautiful theme of compassion, forgiveness, faith, family and community for the
characters to lean on. I appreciate how Chapman includes humor into her stories
that brings an added bonus.
Her Amish Adversary is the
second book in Indiana Amish Market that can be read as a standalone. However,
I highly recommend reading An Amish Proposal for Christmas to see a complete
picture of the Yoder family, which is Amos and his five daughters.
I received an early
complimentary copy of this book without any obligation to write a review. I
have expressed my own thoughts.
