My thoughts: Christy Barritt writes a fast paced conclusion to her Lantern PD mystery series that will have readers glued to the pages from the moment Ty gets in an accident to the ending that will dredge up horrific memories from the past for readers who are fifty plus.
Cassidy is on a race against time to locate her husband before a monster takes his life for a past event Ty had no control over. Worse, it seems as if some military/law enforcement are not as they seem--or are they?
Once I picked this book up I read half of it in mere hours and the other half the next day. I can't wait for the next Christy Barritt book -- which might be Wes's story Winds of Danger (at long last) or it might be the start of a new series: Lantern Beach Blackout.
PLAN OF ACTION is book five in this series and fans will want to read them in order.
